About the TRIADD project
How do we intend to carry out the project?
During the first stage of the project we will research existing written and training resources from around the world; the research and training institutes among our partnership will be responsible for this and, in part, for transferring this onto the new project web site.
We will also perform a needs analysis survey among support professionals to determine the key elements to be included in the training course. (read the questionnaire results here - word file
Drawing on the results of this survey and the existing expertise within the partnership, we will devise a multimedia tele-learning course which will be widely available via the internet. Main project partners may also be trained first in the use of information technologies, before testing the courses and contributing to their revision.
